First off. Well made and perfect fit. Everything matched up and bolted up perfectly.
As far as performance, the output is noticeable. You can feel it! The turbos are more noticeable spooling up now, and right around 4-5th gear, I feel like the exhaust notes just sing power.
As far as any cons, nothing with these pipes. What it took to get the factory downpipes removed was tricky. Without just cutting them, it is a chore, taking the cross bracing off from around the transmission , removing some skid plates, and a ton of bolts, but once removed, these bolt right up without any issue, and match up seamlessly.
Overall, very pleased! The engine seems like it can really exhale now. CV Fab got it right!

I’ve had these CVF downpipes installed on my 2.7L Bronco for over a month now and I absolutely love them. A tune is not required in order to see performance gains, but you will see more gains with a custom tune. The biggest seat in the pants difference is the increase in torque. The Bronco effortless gets up to speed and sounds good doing it. I have these downpipes along with the CVF 3” catback exhaust and the combo is great! Deep sound, no drone and it looks badass!
There will be some raspiness at around 4K RPM for the first couple thousand miles, but it will go away if you have the CVF catback or another exhaust system with a resonator.
The installation of these downpipes will take 3-5 hours depending on your experience. I made an installation video and posted it on YouTube if you need a step by step guide. It’s under Full Speed Ford Bronco.
CVF has some of the best customer service in the industry and I have no regrets going with their downpipes. Awesome product!
