IMPROVES PERFORMANCE
The Cold-side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe with HKS Flange is designed to improve the performance of your Focus ST's turbo by facilitating better airflow from your intercooler while replacing the OEM diverter valve (DV). This kit replaces the restrictive cold-side piping with larger mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for smoother airflow and includes everything you would need to install the BOV.
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
The mandrel bends allow for smooth air flow and the 4-layer silicone couplers with ultra-resistance fibers offer enhanced tolerance against heat and pressure. High-tension t-bolt clamps are also included in the kit. This pipe features a 1/8th NPT bung for meth injection (comes plugged). The kit also features the CVF Boost Reference Adapter Kit and Block-off Plate for seamless installation.
STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATION
Designed to install easily with basic hand tools, this Cold-side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe with HKS Flange requires no extra modifications and should only take you about 45 minutes to swap out. Complete with all necessary t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply couplers, this kit allows for a quick install.
APPLICATION
This product requires an HKS SSQV blow off valve for installation.

This kit was awesome, the shipping was fast, the installation was easy, and it delivered exactly what I needed.
At first, I went with this brand because it delivered a cost-effective product. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised because with the more cost-effective pricing, I figured a drop in quality, however,r all the parts were very high quality.
Installation was seamless with little to no problems. The aluminum pieces were all high quality, with machined parts and well-coated aluminum tubing. And everything fit exactly as needed.
Liked the parts so much that when my brother got his Focus ST, I bought him this for Christmas that way he could mount up his own HKS.

Happy with it. Took longer than I expected and I had to cut the intercooler coupler to make it fit without being kinked and hitting the belt. After I trimmed the coupler everything fit. (I have a mishimoto intercooler that could be the reason I’m not sure.)
