The CVF Performance Intercooler for 2020-2023 Ford Explorer ST is a direct fit replacement that is over two times the size of the stock unit. As the charts above indicate, during independent testing we've observed a reduction of over 85 degrees in Charge Air Temperature where it matters: on the street, and not at the dyno (the same vehicle under similar conditions for both the OEM and CVF Performance Intercooler runs).

Excellent!
The fit and finish of this intercooler is top notch. Did the install myself. Took a while but most of the time was spent disassembling and reassembling the front end. The actual intercooler portion only took about 20 minutes. The ST now does back to back pulls on the highway without any heat soak downtime. I love it. Definitely the most important upgrade for the ST.

Buy with confidence!
Got my CVF intercooler installed in my 21 Explorer ST yesterday. Was thoroughly impressed with the fit and finish of the install as well as the attention to detail on the whole package. Support brackets were nicely designed and an accurate fit, I really appreciated the isolating inserts for the post holes on the bottom of the support that were supplied. Would buy again no questions
